Nick Brz, NATION creative director, has been recognised in a promotion to company director and shareholder.

Brz has been a part of the NATION management team and has provided creative leadership since he joined NATION in June 2016. As company director, Brz will guide NATION forward into its 10th year in business.

Brz’s notable recent achievements include successful integrated campaigns for SA Power Networks, Australian Space Agency, Visit Canberra and the South Australian Police, all brought to life through NATION’s unique approach of strategic creativity.

In a career spanning over 20 years, Brz has worked in Sydney, London and Adelaide on local, national and international brands including Foxtel, Channel [V], Nickelodeon, Industrie, and Merivale. As a respected creative industry leader, Brz has also led Award School in South Australia, training new entrants into the marketing and communications industry.

Says Greg Knagge, CEO and co-founder, NATION: “Offering Nick the opportunity to share in ownership was a natural next step for our business.

“Nick has made an enormous contribution to the success of NATION and has emerged as an integral leader in our business. Having Nick as a partner in the business only strengthens our leadership for the future.”

Says Brz: “I feel very privileged to be able to build on the opportunity that Greg and Geoff gave me all those years ago. I’m incredibly proud of the work we do at NATION and the quality of the people I get to work with every day made this an easy decision.”
