The Final Judgement

We’re all buzzing with excitement – today we decided on the metal!

Entertainment Lions for Music is a fairly new award category at Cannes but an important one.

It celebrates a full spectrum of music excellence, from music video through to live music experience and innovation, original music composition to product integration as well as exclusive brand and artist partnerships across 14 categories.

There is so much change in the way people are engaging with music, brands are engaging with fans and artists are engaging with the community to shape culture.

Our jury is united, passionate and really respectful. We’re all specialists in the field of music so the discussion around our shortlist was wonderfully insightful and considered – which has been such a joy for all of us. We feel we’re fighting the good fight for work that sends a message of cultural change or that uses innovation and technology in exciting ways that engage or inspire community.

Bronze, Silver, Gold & Grand Prix have all been decided!

Champagne and group hugs all round.

I’m keeping this one really short because I fear I might say too much, but tonight all will be revealed at the ceremony. Best of luck to all that entered, our shortlist alone was so very very hard to be included on as the work we saw was outstanding.
