Independent digital marketing agency Sparro appoints Michael Troumbas as strategy director

Independent digital marketing agency Sparro has appointed Michael Troumbas as strategy director.

 

He joins from Bench, where he was head of strategy and developed their agency offering. Troumbas (right) has previously worked with Sparro as their account manager while at Microsoft.

Troumbas will play a key role in strategy development for Sparro’s core clients, including Temple & Webster, Catch, Webjet, Estee Lauder and Domino’s Pizza.

The appointment comes after another year of continued growth for Sparro, achieving 76% growth in 2018.

Sparro was recently nominated for Search Excellence, Video Excellence and Shopping Excellence in the Google Premier Partner Awards, and are the most Google-awarded Premier Partner agency in Australia.

The 40-person digital marketing agency recently brought on Octet and Choice to add to their now 70+ strong client list.

Troumbas will join the business founders Morris and Cameron Bryant, and Hannah Jones in the senior leadership team.
