Dig expands its creative team across both Melbourne and Sydney offices in a period of growth, after a series of successful new business wins.

Says Pete Cerny, CCO, Dig: “We’re thrilled to have an awesome calibre of talent joining an already incredible team. We welcome design director Paula Cardona, designer Laura Sepulveda, motion graphics specialist Daniel Navarro, junior creative team Casey Clarke and Zac Nairn and copywriter Nick Milde from CHEP.”

Says David Joubert, national executive creative director, Dig: “To have all this talent in the business is truly inspiring as we continue pushing our creative excellence.”

Cardona will lead the design craft across the business, which is an exciting addition for the agency’s growing design team and growing client roster.

Says Cardona: “It is exciting to work in an agency that is growing so strongly. I’m thrilled to be joining an indie agency where conceptual design adds value and makes a difference in the work we do, it feels very refreshing!”

Adds Joubert: “Zac and Casey have hit the ground running, making a mark with their work and Nick with his history in comedy, we can’t wait to see what he does with us.”

The creative hires are part of an exceptional year for Dig, not only in growth but agency rebranding and transformation.

Dig has offices in Sydney and Melbourne, working with a range of leading brands including 3M, Australian Liquor Marketers, IGA Supermarkets, Snap Printing, Mondelez, Ego Pharmaceuticals, RSEA Safety and a range of Government clients.
