Example set to launch new co-working space for creative and hospitality industries in Potts Point

Brand experience studio, Example, is set to open a new co-working space and collaboration hub for the creative and hospitality industries, this July.

Located in the heart of Potts Point, Example House is a new home for food, drinks, hospitality and creative talent, and designed to cater for the industries Example knows, loves and works with every day.

Says Rebecca Gibbs, director, Example: “As we’ve grown, we’ve found that many of our friends in the industry are missing out on opportunities by not having their own home base like we do. We designed Example House to be a community, an educational space and a flexible place to work”.

Says Andy El-Bayeh, co-director: “Example House is about bringing a bunch of smart and passionate people together, raising the bar for our industries as a whole. A place to share knowledge, share laughs, share space and share success.”

Example House has been designed by Acme, the multidisciplinary design firm behind some of Sydney’s most acclaimed restaurant and bar spaces, including The Grounds of Alexandria, Fred’s, J&M and Archie Rose.

Transforming a stunning sandstone garage into a 350sqm expansive creative space, Example House boasts high spec design, dedicated desks, a boardroom, break-out spaces and two private meeting rooms – perfect for restaurant owners who are struggling to find space for an office. There is also a fully-functioning bar, kitchen and adjoining dining table – providing a gorgeous backdrop for food and drink shoots – and a rotating artist mural where creatives can display their works of art.
