CX Lavender hires former MBA London managing partner Paul Munce in business partner role

CX Lavender has appointed Paul Munce to the role of business partner, with a seat on the firm’s leadership team, charged with leading major clients and new business.

 

A passionate advocate of customer-centric communication, Munce (above right) returns to Australia after working in London for the past 15 years, most recently as managing partner of independent digital agency MBA where he was responsible for some of the UK’s biggest brands, including O2, Amazon, Google, Mercedes-Benz and Avios.

Prior to MBA, Munce worked at Publicis Chemistry London and Euro RSCG Sydney.
