Congrats Daniel so well deserved. 👏👏👏
Congrats, D. Brilliant news.
Big move.
I know it’s probably a nothing point, but why are creatives always either ‘snared’ by someone or ‘poached’ from somewhere.
These are highly awarded individuals who make very careful and calculated career moves.
it is as much their decision to join as it is the agency’s to hire them.
Your language implies that they have no say in the matter.
apart from that, congrats Daniel. Very well done.
Did they hang around a dark corner and catch him in a big net? Then gag and bound him?
Or was he interviewed and then offered the job in a non violent manner?
I think it’s a simple and common allusion to the so called battle for talent between corporations in a competitive environment.
From all accounts Daniel you are a lovely chap and brilliant at your job. I sincerely hope you fare better than most people with that sort of profile who go and work in THAT creative department. Welcome to the meat grinder. I hope it doesn’t do to you what it has done to so many.
Congratulations Daniel.
Clever, creative and a beautiful human being.
Lucky us.
Quite simply a legend and a wonderful human. Congrats Daniel!
