CHE Proximity appoints Tash Johnston, Patrycja Lukjanow and Grace Vizor to senior roles; Jess Coulson promoted to managing partner

CHE Proximity has today announced the appointment of three new senior hires, Tash Johnston as head of strategic production, Patrycja Lukjanow as creative director and Grace Vizor as group account director, alongside the promotion of Jess Coulson to managing partner.

CHEP’s new head of strategic production, Johnston (left) comes from DDB Sydney, bringing a wealth of experience across a range of clients including Optus, IAG, Volkswagen, Westpac, Virgin and IKEA.

Says Johnston: “I’m delighted to be joining the team at CHEP. The results they have achieved so far is amazing and I very much look forward to continuing the very high creative standards set by the team.”

With more than 10 years’ experience in London, Amsterdam and Sydney, Vizor (right) will join the leadership team on the Samsung account as GAD. Starting her career at Clemenger Sydney, she comes from Leo Burnett Sydney where she led the Suncorp Bank & Insurance businesses.

Says Vizor: “I’m excited by the opportunity to return to Clemenger Group, where I cut my teeth in the industry. CHEP’s capabilities and entrepreneurial spirit are next to none, which enables them to truly partner with businesses to unlock the potential of brands across the entire experience. I’m looking forward to doing just that alongside Justin, Jonny and the talented team at CHEP.”

CHEP’s new creative director Pat Lukjanow brings experience working on both sides of the globe on clients including IKEA, Google, Volvo and Huawei.

In addition to these three new appointments, Coulson (centre) has been promoted to managing partner. Coulson has been with the agency for four years and has been an integral part of the leadership team on the Telstra account.
