Tosetto and Crocker from Never Sit Still share their story about how the studio’s culture has shifted, aiming to ensure a healthier work-life balance for team members. They discuss the positive impact a healthy work culture can have on creative output, along with the journey of Never Sit Still’s growth, from a team of six to sixteen full-time staff. Their talk covers the highs and lows of running a studio in a high-pressure industry. From a very challenging project with a philanthropic investment company to the visually stunning Splash Screen for the 2022 release of Adobe After Effects.
