Co-founder of Silver Lining and co-author of The Right-brain Workout, Alex Wadelton, will be this year’s guest speaker at the Young Bullets event.
Wadelton is all about making a difference with creativity. From raising money for children with cancer one hair at a time with ‘One Buck One Pluck’ to challenging Australian supermarkets to put an end to unsustainable plastic toy promotions with his viral ‘Future Landfill’ campaign.
Come see Wadelton and Deakin’s second round of advertising graduates, the .21 Calibre, on Wednesday the 29th of September from 6pm to 8pm.
Tickets are available on Eventbrite. Once purchased, please keep an eye out for an additional email with a registration ticket to our Hopin event page.
Thanks to our sponsor Bang Bang Studios for supporting this year’s event.

Some dreadful work. Sorry.
I’m no fan of the tireless self promotion, but don’t let that tarnish the hopes of the Deakin grads. Give the kids a crack before you ruin advertising for them.
Ease off folks. When you do a heap of work for a charity and earn nothing yourself then you can have a go.
I support, respect, and applaud Alex’s efforts, and I encourage my peers in the creative industries to do the same.
